Speech and Language Therapy Assistant
Davide qualified as a teacher of English as a foreign language in 2010 and worked in the UK and in Russia with adults and children. He later obtained his Master’s Degree in Applied Linguistics and developed an interest in multilingualism, language impairment and delay.
Since he joined the London children’s Practice in October 2015 he has worked with a wide range of clients both in clinic and in school, and has delivered intervention for children with autism, helping them with social skills and language development.
He has assisted with delivering therapy using the Lidcombe Programme, he has provided literacy support to children in KS1 and core vocabulary development for KS2. He has also supported children with handwriting difficulties.
Davide is multilingual and speaks Italian, French and Russian.
Outside of work, Davide enjoys reading, writing and has a passion for fitness and contemporary architecture.
