Iman VirjiSpeech and Language Therapist

    Iman is a Speech and Language Therapist at The London Children’s Practice. Iman obtained her MSc in Speech and Language Therapy at City University of London. Currently, Iman works with primary and secondary aged children using teletherapy.

    Iman has experience offering assessment and intervention for children and adults with speech, language and communication delays and disorders. In addition to direct therapy, Iman has offered training and support to school staff, nurseries and extended family members to help generalise effective strategies into all areas of the client’s life.  She has also created bespoke home learning packages to supplement therapy sessions to enable parents to help their children meet therapy goals with home practice using games and activities that are of interest to the child. Iman has a particular interest in digital healthcare and maximising support given to clients and their families using digital platforms.

    Iman is a registered member of the Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists, and is also registered with the Health and Care Professions Council.

    Outside of work, Iman enjoys baking, hand embroidery and getting stuck in a good book!
